How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@pijara.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include Information: Your account email, purchase date, and optional reason.
  3. Confirmation: We will process it within 1-2 business days.
  4. Return of Funds: Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Terms and Conditions

  • Refunds are only valid for first-time purchases (not renewals).
  • Must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan once processed.
  • In annual plans, refunds are calculated pro-rata after the first 7 days.

Subscription Cancellation

Separate from refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • You can still use premium features until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No cancellation fees.
